Description:
UbiQ-048은 유비퀴틴의 41–54번 펩타이드 서열을 기반으로 한 Class II 유비퀴틴화 펩타이드 형광 편광 분석 시약입니다.
이 펩타이드는 N-terminus에 5-carboxytetramethylrhodamine이 변형되어 있으며, Lys48 위치에서 native isopeptide bond를 통해 Ub(ubiquitin)와 접합되어 있습니다.
